  1. প্রতিদিন সকাল ১০.৪০ মিনিটে প্রার্থনা সভায় যোগদানের ঘণ্টা পড়বে। সকল ছাত্রকে তার পূর্বেই বিদ্যালয়ে প্রবেশ করতে হবে এবং প্রার্থনা সভায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে। প্রার্থনা শেষের পূর্বে কোনো ছাত্র প্রার্থনা সভায় সারি ছাড়তে পারবে না। (প্রার্থনা সভায় সমস্ত ছাত্রের যোগদান বাধ্যতামূলক। প্রতি ছাত্রকে শ্রেণি অনুযায়ী সারিবদ্ধভাবে দাঁড়াতে হবে।)
  2. প্রথম পিরিয়ড ও পঞ্চম পিরিয়ড শেষ হওয়ার পর কোন ছাত্র শ্রেণিকক্ষের বাইরে বেরোবে না বা বাইরে আসার জন্য অনুরোধও করবে না।
  3. টিফিনের পর সাবধানী ঘণ্টা (Warning Bell) পড়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সমস্ত ছাত্রদের শ্রেণিকক্ষে প্রবেশ করতে হবে।
  4. কোন অফ পিরিয়ড অথবা অন্য যেকোন সময়ে ছাত্রদের বারান্দায় বেরোনো যাবে না। প্রতি শ্রেণিকক্ষের মনিটরের অনুমতি নিয়ে ১/২ জন বাইরে আসতে পারবে। (প্রথম ও চতুর্থ পিরিয়ড শেষ হওয়ার পর।)
  5. বিদ্যালয়ে ছাত্রদের পোশাক পঞ্চম থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত সরকার প্রদত্ত ড্রেস, নবম ও দশম শ্রেণির জন্য ঘন সবুজ রঙের প্যান্ট ও সাদা শার্ট এবং একাদশ-দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির ছাই রঙের প্যান্ট ও সাদা শার্ট। নির্ধারিত পোশাক ও বিদ্যালয় ব্যাজ ছাড়া কোনো ছাত্রকে বিদ্যালয়ের ভিতরে ঢুকতে দেওয়া হবে না। সাদা কেডস/কালো বুট এবং শীতকালে নেভী ব্লু সোয়েটার বাঞ্ছনীয়। বিদ্যালয়ের অনুষ্ঠান সমূহে অথবা পঠন-পাঠন ভিন্ন অন্য কোন কাজে বিদ্যালয়ে এলেও প্রত্যেক ছাত্রকে নির্ধারিত পোশাক পরে আসতে হবে।
    (বিঃ দ্রঃ- কোন ছাত্র হাতে চেন, বালা, কার, আংটি, টুপি বা অন্য কোন সৌন্দর্য বর্ধক দ্রব্য বা দ্রব্যাদি পরে বিদ্যালয়ে আসবে না। ছাত্রসুলভ চুল কেটে আসতে হবে। এসব পরে আসলে, সে বিদ্যালয়ে থাকার অনুপযুক্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে।)
  6. প্রতিটি ছাত্রকে বিদ্যালয়ের অনুষ্ঠান সমূহে এবং খেলাধূলায় অংশগ্রহণ/উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে নতুবা শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ বলে গণ্য হবে।
  7. অনুপস্থিতির জন্য ছাত্রদের দিনপঞ্জিতে কারণ দেখিয়ে অভিভাবকের স্বাক্ষর আবশ্যক। প্রতিদিন দিনপঞ্জি আনতেই হবে। শিক্ষক মহাশয় দিনপঞ্জি দেখতে চাইলে তৎক্ষণাৎ দেখাতে হবে।
  8. কোন ছাত্র নবম শ্রেণিতে পরপর দুবছর অকৃতকার্য হলে বোর্ডের নিয়ম অনুসারে তাকে বিদ্যালয়ে রাখা যাবে না।
  9. বিদ্যালয় চলাকালীন অসুস্থতা ব্যতীত অন্য কোন কারণে কোন ছাত্রের স্কুল ত্যাগ করার প্রয়োজন হলে, অভিভাবককে লিখিতভাবে কারণ জানাতে হবে।
  10. টিফিনে ও বিদ্যালয় চলাকালীন সময়ে বিদ্যালয়ের বাইরে যাওয়া নিষিদ্ধ।
  11. গুরুতর নিয়মভঙ্গকারী ও পরীক্ষায় অসৎ উপায় অবলম্বনকারী ছাত্রদের স্কুলে রাখা হবে না।
  12. অভিভাবকদের প্রতি মাসে অন্ততঃ একবার করে বিদ্যালয়ে এসে স্ব স্ব ছাত্রের সম্পর্কে খোঁজ নেওয়ার জন্য প্রধান শিক্ষক/শ্রেণি শিক্ষকের সঙ্গে দেখা করতে অনুরোধ জানানো হচ্ছে।
  13. প্রতিটি পরীক্ষার পর স্ব স্ব ছাত্রের ফলাফল জানা ও আরো উন্নতির জন্য শ্রেণি শিক্ষকের সঙ্গে আলোচনার জন্য অভিভাবকদের বিশেষ অনুরোধ জানানো হচ্ছে।
  14. বিদ্যালয়ে অভিভাবক সভায় সকল অভিভাবককে অবশ্যই উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। না থাকতে পারলে উপযুক্ত কারণ বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে হবে।
  15. বিদ্যালয় তথা প্রতিটি শ্রেণিকক্ষ ছাত্ররা নিয়ম করে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখবে।
  16. বিদ্যালয়ের দেওয়াল, বেঞ্চ, টেবিল পরিষ্কার রাখতে হবে। কোন ছাত্র যদি এগুলিকে নোংরা করে বা নষ্ট করে, তাহলে সেই ছাত্রের অথবা সেই শ্রেণির সমস্ত ছাত্রের উপর জরিমানা ধার্য হবে।
  17. শ্রেণিকক্ষে/বিদ্যালয়ের আসবাবপত্র/অন্যান্য মূল্যবান সম্পত্তি নষ্ট করলে সেই ছাত্রকে/ছাত্রদের উপযুক্ত মূল্য দিতে হবে। গুরুতর অপরাধ হলে বিদ্যালয়ে রাখা যাবে না। প্রয়োজনে বিদ্যালয়ের সম্পত্তি নষ্ট করার জন্য সকলকে জরিমানা দিতে হবে।
  18. দিনলিপি, মার্কশিট, বিদ্যালয় ব্যাজ হারালে উপযুক্ত অর্থ দিয়ে অফিস থেকে আবার সংগ্রহ করা যাবে।
  19. প্রতিটি Summative Evaluation (পর্যায়ক্রমিক মূল্যায়ন) এবং অন্যান্য পরীক্ষায় দিনলিপির ADMIT গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে। দিনলিপি পরীক্ষার সময় বিদ্যালয়ে অবশ্যই নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
  20. সরকারী নির্দেশানুযায়ী কোন ছাত্রই বিদ্যালয়ে মোবাইল ফোন নিয়ে আসতে পারবে না। সঙ্গে মোবাইল ফোন থাকলে তা বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে।
  21. মিড-ডে-মিল খাওয়ার পূর্বে প্রত্যেক ছাত্রকে ভাল করে সাবান দিয়ে হাত ধুতে হবে। খাবার পর সব ছাত্র নিজের পাত্র নিজে পরিষ্কার করে এবং অব্যবহৃত বর্জ্য দ্রব্য নির্দিষ্ট জায়গায় ফেলে নিজ নিজ শ্রেণিকক্ষে ফিরে যাবে। অকারণে কেউ সময় নষ্ট করা যাবে না।
  22. নবম থেকে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির ছাত্রদের নিজস্ব টিফিন নিয়ে বিদ্যালয়ে আসতে হবে। প্রত্যেক শ্রেণির ছাত্রকে নিজস্ব জলের বোতল আনতে হবে।
  23. পর পর তিন দিন বিদ্যালয়ে না আসলে অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকাকে অবশ্যই বিদ্যালয়ে দেখা করতে হবে।
  24. বার্ষিক পরীক্ষার ফলাফলের দিন অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকার হাতে প্রগতি পত্র দেওয়া হবে।

School Rules & Regulations

  1. The bell for the daily prayer assembly will ring at 10:40 AM. All students must enter the school before that and participate in the assembly. No student is allowed to leave the queue before the conclusion of the prayer. (Attendance in the prayer assembly is mandatory for all students. Every student must stand in class-wise designated rows.)
  2. No student shall leave the classroom or request to go outside after the completion of the 1st and 5th periods.
  3. Students must immediately return to their respective classrooms as soon as the Warning Bell rings after the tiffin break.
  4. Students are strictly prohibited from loitering in the corridors during off-periods or at any other time. With the permission of the class monitor, a maximum of 1 or 2 students may step out briefly (only after the 1st and 4th periods).
  5. The prescribed school uniform is: Government-provided dress for Classes V to VIII; dark-green trousers and white shirts for Classes IX and X; grey trousers and white shirts for Classes XI and XII. No student will be allowed inside the school premises without the proper uniform and school badge. White keds/black boots are mandatory, and navy blue sweaters are required during winter. Even when visiting the school for functions or non-academic purposes, students must wear their official uniform.
    (N.B.: No student is permitted to wear hand chains, bracelets, religious threads, rings, caps, or any other fashion accessories to school. Hair must be kept neatly trimmed in a student-like manner. Anyone failing to adhere to this will be deemed unfit to remain on campus.)
  6. Active participation or physical presence of every student in school functions and sports activities is compulsory; failure to do so will be treated as a punishable offense.
  7. In case of absence, the reason must be explicitly stated in the school diary with a valid signature from the guardian. The school diary must be brought to school daily and presented immediately upon a teacher’s request.
  8. If a student fails in Class IX for two consecutive years, they will be issued a transfer as per Board regulations.
  9. Except for sudden illness, if a student needs to leave the school premises during school hours, the guardian must submit a written request explaining the reason.
  10. Leaving the school premises during the tiffin break or during school hours without permission is strictly forbidden.
  11. Students found guilty of severe indiscipline or adopting unfair practices during examinations will face immediate expulsion.
  12. Guardians are requested to meet the Headmaster/Class Teacher at least once a month to track their child’s academic progress and behavior.
  13. Guardians are specifically requested to meet the respective class teachers after every terminal examination to review progress report cards and discuss scope for improvement.
  14. Attendance of all parents/guardians at Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is mandatory. In case of unavoidable absence, a proper reason must be communicated to the school authorities.
  15. Students must regularly maintain cleanliness within their respective classrooms and the school campus.
  16. School walls, benches, and tables must be kept clean. If any student defaces or damages them, a fine will be imposed on that individual or collectively on the entire class.
  17. If a student/group of students damages school furniture or any valuable institutional property, they will have to bear the cost of repair/replacement. Severe offenses may lead to expulsion.
  18. If a student loses their school diary, report card, or school badge, replacements must be collected from the office upon payment of the designated fee.
  19. The school diary acts as the valid ADMIT card for all Summative Evaluations and school examinations. It is mandatory to bring the diary during exams.
  20. In compliance with Government Directives, students are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones to school. Any mobile phone found in a student’s possession will be confiscated immediately.
  21. Every student must wash their hands thoroughly with soap before consuming the Mid-Day Meal. After eating, students must wash their own utensils, discard any waste only in designated dustbins, and immediately return to their classrooms without loitering.
  22. Students of Classes IX to XII must bring their own tiffin from home. Additionally, students of all classes are required to carry their personal water bottles.
  23. If a student remains absent for three consecutive days, the parent/guardian must visit the school in person to clarify the reason.
  24. Progress Report Cards will be handed over exclusively to the parents/guardians on the day of the annual result declaration.
